An employee of Cash America Pawn at 3818 Broadway called police last May when she found the images on a Samsung Galaxy S cell phone she was cleaning for re-sale, according to an arrest warrant filed last week in the case. Houston police submitted the images to Alexandria, Va.-based National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, where investigators identified 173 images of child pornography, according to the arrest warrant.
